Order Tracking?
I bought the Link and Controller bundle when it was in stock and I am wondering if there is a way to track my order?

You'll get the tracking ticked in the email when they ship it.

How long from order on steam to shipping?
Vepar Jun 30, 2016 @ 12:41pm
I don't know. Usually a day or two, or longer if they have more orders.

Click your name in the top right corner of Steam next to your notifications, there's a menu hidden there. Click Account Details and from there you'll see your order and a link to track the shipping (you can't track it until it ships, obviously)

The company that ships the items around Europe is pretty pathetic, I mean usually if I order something from england thats got tracking it is with me the next day... This company can't even get the item from England to Ireland in a day so now I have to wait till Monday to get mine -_- ... They don't even open on Saturdays what the heck like doesn't all companies that deliver package do so on Saturdays?... Ordered the item on Monday ..

No one ever delivers on weekends. :steammocking:

Most courier companies do, it's just your standard postage that doesn't ... I just don't understand why they leave the items stuck in a country for a full day before sending them to their next location, paying €13.30 for postage should be next day delivery when it's shipping not having the item spend a night in Netherlands a night in United Kingdom and then probably a night in Ireland before finally getting to my location !!

Is it GLS there too? I've heard nothing but complaints about GLS, they lose packages too often, their couriers don't know where addresses are, so they just bring it back to the warehouse and write down that no one was at home, or that they take too long for a shipment that should take 1-2 days tops.

I've ordered 2 Steam Controllers and 1 Steam Link, so far so good when it came down to delivery within my country (apart from this dude calling me on the landline phone and after telling me he's from GLS and that the package is almost here he asks me if I'm at home atm). But on my first order the package was lost somewhere in Belgium and they had to ship another one.

I just don't know why are the shipping costs this high when the service isn't even worth 5€...
+1 for fail GLS. Everytime I got something delivered by GLS they always do a crappy job. One time I was waiting for 3 fking weeks for my package to arrive from the UK while it was taking the scenic route around europe. Now my Steam Controller is no exception, I ordered it 1 week ago (friday) and Steam shipped it on the 27th (monday), yet GLS hasn't delivered yet... I'd understand waiting this long if it was free shipping, but I paid 15€ shipping to Portugal... for 15€ I'd expect next-day delivery, or, worse case scenario, to receive it wednesday, but NO, from the tracking I MIGHT get it next monday.
I mean, ffs, I've had packages coming from China delivered faster than this from the Netherlands
