PS3 controller with steam's wireless dongle
I used a PS3 controller with SCP with a bluetooth dongle
Now I bought a steam controller and dont want to have 2 dongles in my PC

Is it possible to use the ps3 controller with the steam dongle?

Nope, Sc is not Bluetooth so it won't work.

Correct, it uses some proprietary radio frequencies to communicate. Besides, even the latest version of Bluetooth (V4) is laggy.

Yeah, it's all about the protocol. Bluetooth is inherently laggy which is why I am happy Valve decided to make a custom protocol. What's funny, the chip they use for radio communications actually is a very common chip used in a lot of Bluetooth devices. It would be possible to use the same chip and have the firmware allow Bluetooth OR their own depending. I could only see that being useful for laptops and such where you don't want to have a dongle plugged in at all times. Imagine having the Receiver and an adapter taking up the one and only USB port on a Macbook. :P Maybe when the fabled version two happens they can add that as a feature, if they think it's worth the effort.
