Refund

Apparently Valve refunded my purchase (I will be certain when I see the money in my account), for the Steam Controller. No reason why, no "We are sorry", no explanation, just a refund and I can go and jump myself.
I am glad I have mostly given up on Valve/Steam. What a poor excuse of CS/store.

EDIT: I received another email today, it gave reason (they took too many orders, which sounds stupid) and apology. That's something. Should have come with the cancellation, but anyway...

Yuuuuuuuup, same here. As I said in another post, "Really Steam? Are you trying to be as unprofessional as the Epic Games Store? At least give everyone who ordered one, a $13 wallet credit for dashing our hopes and wasting our time. I mean it's the holiday season! Do you even have a public relations department?"

Same it pissing me off, i was pretty freakin excited and then they cancel without any explantation. I dont get why they cant take my money and ship them when they get them.
