Still, adjusting your grip will help you a lot in this situation.
Since SC has protrusions instead of slanted grips like Xbox and DS gamepads have, you can't hold it the same way you do those two. And when you find a sweet spot, the bumpers are easier to press.
And if you still find them really hard to press after adjusting your grip then nobody can help you because they're like that, you can try to change them, but you'll just most likely have to learn to live with it or get some excercise tool for your fingers so you build up some muscle in them. Idk what else to tell you.
