*Seems to happen more often if I'm usind xinput rather than keyboard/mouse bindings. In fact, I haven't noticed it in any games where I use keyboard movement.
Yeah, it seems really strange. It will randomly just move my character to the left for a bit. A tiny touch to the stick and it stops for a while. I haven't noticed this while playing Paladins, nor when I was playing System Shock 2. Maybe it's not technically "drift", but something else? I've noticed it most in Warframe, and Borderlands. I'll do some more testing tomorrow.
If it was just Warframe I would just change my configuration to not use the native configuration mode. It's happening in Borderlands(although less frequently it seems). I'm going to test more games later.
Marty, if that didn't actually work, I'll try fresh configurations next. I did try an older configuration that I new worked, but it was new enough that it might have had the same issue if that is the problem.

It didn't :(.
I also tried changing the configurations like you suggested, as well as playing without BPM. I'll try switching back to Steam Client Stable and see if it helps.
Hope you have Luck!!

I think I might have fixed it. I had to apply a default template, and then my "3.0" configuration. Going straight to the "Recommended" configuration had issues, I guess because my "original 3.0" was just a modified version of their recommended one? Because the issue is intermittent I won't know until I do some more testing, but I was able to do some mining for a bit without any issues. I also played through the first few missions in Borderlands without issues. For that one I just used the default gamepad template and made the adjustments I previously had. It wasn't changed nearly as much as the Warframe one, which took forever to get "just right".
If it's still doing it in both games I might just submit a ticket to Valve to see if they can take a look at the configurations, and at worst the controller itself. Seems to be software based since the movement only happens when the left trigger is pulled.
