Thank you for your answer bro ! I absolutely suck at K/M, if I don't find a solution I'll have to say bye Fortnite !
I thought the programs were not able to know if it was not a real K/M in this mode :(
I noticed my steam controller acts differently in the launcher and in the game, maybe I should try to link the game exe to steam, not the launcher, but I can't find it in the epic games folders, and the windows search finds nothing with "fortnite" :/
There are at least 2 vids on youtube from guys who play fortnite with the steam pad and it seems they just added as "non steam game", nothing special so the problem must come from me !

I'll tell you why I played all of Borderlands 2 and The Pre-Sequel with my Steam Controller: Ergonomics
I get RSI in my wrist and numerous aches and pains in my shoulders, back, etc. when I play with a mouse. Playing with my SC allows me to shift the position I'm sitting in more freely, so I can game for longer with a greater amount of comfort.
It's not a handicap at all, since I'm just as good with my SC as I am with KB&M.
