I even reinstalled Steam and did not give, what happens is that in all games it is as if the gyro was active but of irregular form, even if verified that the gyroscope is disabled it continues active until using in the desktop. The strange thing is that it does not work right, as if it were some bug .. The gyroscope does not obey the movements in this way as it is now. But if I active it it works normally. Another weird thing is that it only seems active when I use the right touchpad, which is how I use this function normally both in games and on the desktop (touch pad like mouse). I already tried to reinstall the contolle driver but it also had no effect ..
About using a beta version of Steam Client, I'm already using it, but there was no change regarding this problem that I'm having. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the Steam client and the games but it also did not work.
It's a really strange problem, even the Steam support staff did not know how to solve it.
I'll try to detail it a bit better.
It's as if the gyro was set to be activated by touch on the right touchpad, but not working right. Checking the profile for the desktop, the gyroscope is not activated, but still it works, but irregularly (does not respond as it should). I've tried activating it on the desktop, and this way it works as it should, but it's possible to notice that it still has some problem because it does not seem to be stable, as if it were unbalanced. I have calibrated several times but there is no effect.
In games the problem happens the same way, first I thought it was something relative to the action sets, because I usually configure the mouse on the right touchpad to navigate the menus of the game when the cursor is visible, and the gyroscope when it is invisible (in the case Of first-person shooter games). In some games the problem is more visible, and in others it is less, but it is very difficult when I need to enter the menu of the games to configure something because depending on the game the gyroscope seems to be configured at maximum sensitivity even if it is not activated in the profile to be used In the menu as I mentioned.
I thought the action sets were not automatically changing as they should. But after testing several games I realized that the problem was related to the situation I had noticed when using the profile for the desktop.
In case of checking whether the function is activated or not, I assure you that it is not because I already checked several times if it was active or not.
I hope the problem description has become clearer.
At this point, the big thing you need to do is confirm that this either a hardware issue or a software issue. The single best option to do this is to take your controller to another PC and try it out. A laptop, friends PC or even a tablet if you have a USB port on it should work for this test. If the problem persists then it is truly a hardware problem and if you are under warranty still, you should request a replacement. If on the other hand, the problem does NOT persist on the test PC then it is undoubtedly a software problem.
In the case of a software issue, these can be nasty little gremlins for sure. Since you have gone so far as to reinstall steam entirely, there is really only one other thing I would try as a final hail mary pass and that is reinstalling Windows itself. It's not complicated and you have more than likely been down that road before if you have used PCs for longer than a week. :D Though, help is always available if you need it. For the sake of completeness, I am linking a guide I made on basic troubleshooting for the SC. I doubt anything there will help directly but maybe there will be some ideas that can help figuring out the kind of things to look for that might be a problem.
Also, just out of curiosity, does it still happen when wired?

Sorry dude, I wish I could be of more direct help here but it seems like the lion's share of steps I would take if it were me, you have already taken. Good Luck, really, I mean it. If you end up figuring anything out be sure to keep us appraised since there may one day be someone else with this same problem.
Today I tested the SC on another computer.
Unfortunately the problem happened in the same way in this other machine which confirms some problem with the hardware. Since I bought SC through a cousin who lives in Canada, I live in Brazil and I can not send the control to any technical assistance because valve does not offer this support here. I knew the risk, so that's fine.
Anyway, I really appreciate your help with this problem.
Thank you so much.
