Plutia's unpopular in Japan due to her being so cruel to her own friends

Nepgear's originally unpopular due to her being too normal and nothing standing out about her. Ironically, when they made her the butt of all jokes in Victory, she became popular because people didn't like the abuse she suffered in this game.

I like plutia. Not as much as Nepnep but Plutia has that attitude of she is always calm and relaxed then when something begins to piss her off she starts to go sadistic and there is no turning back it's glorious.

Blanc is espceially popular in Japan, so Iris Heart is the total negative of her (expect their temper)

My personal guess is the extreme contrast between her Human and HDD form where her whole personality changes to the totaly opposit that many not like.

In case of all the other goddesses they more or less still have their personality or it gives very little changes in it. But i personally like this drastic change cus it somehow represents the inner "demon/bad side" we all have in us sleeping until it gives an moment where it´s awakened by an certain point/situation.

It even is more facinating if you know and have watched the Anime Serie where Plutia transforms for the 1st time in her HDD form and it so gives an good reason for Nep-Nep and Nepgear why they refuse to let her change into that form again ;) But cus i don´t want to spoiler better watch it for yourself cus it makes the situation even more intresting.

All in all Plutie and Sadie are on the 2nd possition for me after Uni in the current bunch of chars from the series and parts i know and have played over Steam.

The anime gives only a peak on her/them. Play the game, and see her in action.

Having only watched the anime (and played with her quite a bit in Rebirth1, but that doesn't really show her personality), I have to say I like Plutia herself quite a bit, but not Iris Heart, mostly her overall "sadist queen" design (although I don't have anything against people who like that kinda stuff, it's just not my cup of tea). I'll take ACE's advice and wait until I've played Rebirth3 to make a more definitive judgement.

(to people who know me as a big Blanc follower: I also don't like her CPU form, although Next Blanc is still kawai as ♥♥♥♥)

I LOVE PLUTIA and IRIS HEART. I loved her even more when I watched the animation series of the game. She doesn't tolerate bullies. She can't stand watching other people being maltreated. She hates liars. She only becomes sadistic to those who foster such characteristics. Plutia is awesome.

I had hear most people hate her mostly because she turns Nepgear into a punchbag. I personally like Plutia, not her HDD but the normal one, that voice that sounds so sleepy and tired the entire time XD
