If you liked Rogue City, you might like this one as well.

The story is decent, feels like another good entry in the series. While Rogue City had a focus on the struggle of being the physical ghost of Murphy, this one starts off with a big dramatic event and has a cartoon villain... but throughout you continue to make little choices about how you interact with people, once again allowing you some agency in leaning robotic mission-only dude or allowing yourself to be sidetracked by people who want your help. There's probably more actual shooting in this one since you aren't wandering Detroit. Most moral choices are very low-stakes versus the deeper implications of Rogue City, but they do exist.

There are three kinda lame "not playing as Robocop" sections that are over in 15-ish minutes each if you're on it, and one other one that lasts only a few but feels pretty cool.

The circuit boards are pretty normal. You start with a decent board (auto-loader and damage focus), then find a handful more throughout with the usual spread. Armor piercing will be your friend since you're dealing with pretty much nothing but helmeted, shielded goons for a lot of the back half. Of course you get an overpowered final board for the last section, full auto no reload with max damage, max armor piercing, and tight focus. I missed a few side missions and still ended up with most skill tracks maxed out, all minimum level 5.

Like the first game, the actual combat is sorta trivial pretty fast. There are cryo troopers, but they pause and charge a shot, and you can take em out fast. Jetpack troopers are lightly armored and explode easily. The sword cyborgs you can just grab and toss, steal a sword, auto kill whatever you throw it at. There are a few drone varieties to deal with but the flying ones are easy target practice, the rolling ones are annoying but you learn to deal with em very quick.

Anyway, I had my fun. The voice acting of the main cast was great, and no dealing with screeching punk voices. You get the usual bland paramilitary voice lines all the time, a lot of "AAAH HE SHOT MY ARM OFF" and "AAAA I'M HURT REAL BAD". There are a few punks, but they seem to have made em sound more normal, which is good.

I had an awful lot of crashes on an AMD GPU (6950XT). This ain't uncommon for me on Unreal 5 stuff specifically. Ultimately I dropped everything to medium, but low effects, and FSR 3, and it played smoothly, if not beautiful.

In my lifetime, I think I would not even be able to afford a 4 square meter cubicle in Omni tower.

If Rogue City was a 7/10, this is a 5/10. This is the definition of DLC and to release this as a standalone game for standalone game money is unfair. The entire game takes place in a single building. No going around to different places like in Rogue City. Gameplay wise its a complete copy/paste. The only thing you could consider new are some new enemy types but that is it. I beat the entire game in under 10 hours and that's with doing the majority of the side quests. The side quests are all extremely tedious forcing you to walk back and forth a long ways. It's clear they just added these nonsense side quests to increase the overall playtime of the game, but like I said EVEN with that it lasted less than 10 hours. On top of that there are 3 or 4 levels where you don't even play as Robocop where you are just running around a map as another human. So taking all of the boring side quests and the missions where you are not playing as Robocop out of the game, You're left with maybe 5 hours of gameplay. Again, it's not terrible. If you enjoyed Rogue City than I'm sure you will enjoy the main parts of the game, but for me, it doesn't deserve a positive review as a standalone game.
