where to find the gold key?

ok so ive done all 4 elements dungeons for the sheperd trials and i still dont have the gold key is that normal or i missed it somewhere? because ive done some side quest dungeons too and i couldnt open all the chests since i missed a key. i have the copper and silver key btw

At the bottom area of the Plitzerback Wetland, there's a lilypad that you can use window powers to teleport to another point, which leads to an abandoned village. In this case, it's called abandoned village Rodine. From there, if you head to the back, you can find a ruin.

This ruin is caled Arctus Ruins. If you head to the pack, past the save point, you'll fine a copper chest. In that copper chest in the middle of the room, is the Golden Key. I just made a screenshot of it that's in my screenshots to help you find it.

i just cant understand yo uguys, i cant find the area of plitzerback wetland to start with

The wetland is south of the desert-like moor, which is past the Great Camelot bridge. If a certain kittybeard is blocking your way there that means you're not supposed to go there yet.

I think the game will lock you from it until you reach a certain point in the story (exit will not be marked on the map and cannot be interacted with).

Without spoiling much, if you've seen a desert area, it's the southern exit of it. If that exit isn't marked, proceed with the story. You'll have to go there anyway for the main story.

just follow the plot and you will eventually reach there, although the gold key and the dungeon isn't included in the plot. And there are few ruins which don't include in the plot as well
