A meebo = Amiibo
The me portion is a personification of a staff, Japanese play on words are much more fun than English and it can have a hundred negative connotations. I am pretty sure, as with all Japanese play on words:
me is from mengoi
bo is from Bō
"Adorable staff"
Which holds the same sort of negative connotation as "cutesey boy."
There is also
meeji - Mage
-Mage boy. :P
i believe this true also, it makes mikleo sound small and insignificant.
