At what level should I face Eizen?

He's 88 and I am 50 but I have oticed that I am ableto take out foes that are more than 10 levels higher than me without too much difficulty.

You are supposed to do it towards the end of the game, it's part of a sidequest. Even if you can do it earlier, I would wait, Edna will get a title upgrade and her Mystic Arte.

I just beat him today, and I was around level 60 with Sorey and 58~59 with everyone else. It an easy fight, just long. All I did was tell everyone to focus on defense while I grind him down.

Any tips like did you armatize? If so, who did you armatize with?

You need to train with the Vizards and have a tiny blonde make you rage and pull out your hollow form.

I beat him while water armatized with regular guarding, and the occaisional blast healing arte.
