I doubt there is one besides dodge everything, that fight is so endgame its supposed to be a pain in the ass :P
Don't go into the battle like I did, for one
I had to use an All-Divide to even survive his Mystic Arte (which I could only survive while Armatized). Melon Gels also help a ton.
He doesn't resist any element, so get gear with +Crustecean ability, it reduces damage from the Turtlez and increases your own. Use the Water Armitization and cast Trinity Arrow since it hits it's weakness easily. Use attacks that stagger him, which won't always work, but at least he won't combo you to death.
Also don't rely on the AI, as it *will* die, and often at that.
That's all I got, really. Have fun beating this Lv. 99, 88888 HP beast.
Also, this. Dodge everything you can, and be glad he doesn't use Seraphic Artes
We should just recruit him to fight the final boss. Turtlez would win for sure lol

Psssh... do it on chaos. :P
Also... Shatterfang. Get a combo started, armatize with Lailah, Nova -> win.
When he comes to attack you, dodge left/right and then backstep the hell away from him since it's over if he uses his mystic arte. Just have to be patient and not screw up dodging his attack.
The AI characters will die pretty fast, and whenever a seraph comes back to life they die pretty quickly again. Luckily the turtle seems to prioritize the AI characters when they come back to life so it lets you relax a bit.
I had a harder time with him than the end-boss whateverhisnamewas, but I had an even
harder time with Rose and Zaveid ("friendly battle" on the bridge outside of ladylake)..
I eventually did Rose and Zaveid on Normal, Turtlez on Moderate, and end-boss on Hard.
The only reason for the latter was that I forgot what difficulty I had it on..
(it was increased to get better equipment).
Btw, I began the game at normal difficulty.
mmm... now try it on the PC using a keyboard and take a steam screenshot with F12
