Draupnir Earrings?

I've heard these earrings are ridiculously OP and I'm planning on taking advantage of that. :P Does anybody know the best mobs/locations to farm these from? I've managed to find 1 so far from a mimic giant but there has to be a better method of farming these.

Elaine ruins golden axers in the alisha episode but with the clear sava data bug you cant bring items from the alisha dlc over to the main game

There's a clear save bug? What's all that about? Hmm is there a option in the main game to effectively get these earrings? I was hoping to avoid any second playthroughs and just do everything the game has to offer in the first playthrough. :P I'm playing the PS4 version btw.. Not that it makes any difference. I'm hoping to get all the trophies.

on the ps4 version does not have the bug so their farmable on the later levels of elaine ruins use luring with rose to increace your odds and kill with mystic artes. draupnir earrings drop in the main game if you can find enemies with the drops earrings trait in luring and are level 85+. The dlc method is recommended due to it having a dark turtlez merchant who may sometimes stock them and allowing you to buy them.

I see thank you. One more question. To be able to carry stuff over from the Alisha DLC, Do I absolutely need a clear game save first on the main story?

Why sadly? The Alisha DLC takes place after the main game, you really shouldn't play it until you have clear data. I don't see an issue with that requirement. It'd be ridiculous otherwise, being able to carry over endgame type equipment at the start of the game.

oh that im just abit cranky the carry over to main game doesnt work on the pc version currently and theres no eta if their even aware or plan on fixing it

the Sorey + Seraphim crucible in zephgott Moor on chaos difficulty, drops like candy (don't forget your normins)

I chose to use Sorey & Lailah, can clear the crucible in 2 minutes on average and you get around 10 drops per clear (with boons and grade store buffs)

hmmm i do this crucible. I m kinda weak so it takes a while to beat it and not even on the level mark 86+ mentioned in another thread. however i dont get any earrings. only rings, swords and female clothing. I think i need to look which enemies i should kill with mystical arts or doesnt it matter for crucibles?

all loot is level based

Draupnir Earrings is the 2nd highest tier of earings that I've found so the enemies need to be very high level, probs 100+

Enemy level on Chaos with 3 normins was 144

Irminsul was the highest level earings I've found (their bonus is reduce mystic arte cost by 1) - you can see they drop in screenshot 2.

From that small sample size i noticed I wasn't getting as many drops, I'm not sure why, could just be bad luck.

Back when i was farming I was getting an average of probably 10 drops per clear. You can see in screenshot 2 & 5 you can get multiple of each item.

I think the drop rate may be because I was using the blessed version of the items (it's name changes when it gets blessed maybe it counts as a different item). Most of the +drop rate is if the item you are after is equipped.

Did some testing myself. In fact I should have mystical art-killed the bird type enemies instead of other. Was probably just unlucky that no earring was dropped. Managed to get one draupnir in overworld with level 96+ enemies (2 high level normins on intense). Not sure I can beat the crucible on this high level though.

Out of curiosity were any earrings dropping since draupnir earrings are itemlevel 80 if your playing against monsters in the higher end of 90s you would also be getting irminsul earrings with the reduce mystic arte cost effect.

No earrings on my end. Will try it again today on lower level. Should really level up lord of land though... there Is a second drop rate increase there, no?
