Report a translation problem
The grave / tombstone was for Rose (you could tell by the daggers laid on top). The Twins from the Shatterd Bones / Sparrowfeathers were the old people.
For more clarification on Sorey, you should play Alisha's story. Grab the DLC for free while you can if you haven't already.
It was Rose's grave and the two old people are the twins in the merchant/assassin's guild. The shepard shown there has no relation to Sorey as he's still "stuck in time" at that point. (Look at Mikleo there compared to the scene in the ruins -- he's much younger in this scene.) The shepard in the scene with the grave could be a descendant of Alisha or Rose... heck maybe even Sergei though I'm not really sure.
The one that appears in the ruins that saves Mikleo is more than likely Sorey.
An older Mikleo is exploring ruins fulfilling his and Sorey 's dream when he triggers some trap and about to fall down when Sorey picks him up.... Just like at the very beginning
