Dezel (SPOILERS) Care

So, Is there anyway to save Dezel? After doing the Wind Trial i know you can face Heldalf Early Before his death but doesnt that end with you beating the game. If there is anyway to save Dezel please share, If not :( same to lose a companion.

I think, no.
Dezel is new Aeris.

Dezel is one of my most favourite characters.
His story very romantic and dramatic.
I wanted love story in this game. I was disappointed that Sorey has not any romantic relationship with Alisha (I almost fell in love with her myself), nor with Rose.
But that's just it.
It's sad and awkward, but so very life. At least, I'm not disappointed any more.

Dang :(. That's disapointing as i love all the characters in Tales and seeing one leave/die like Dezel is quite saddening.
