Need help getting to the wind trial for Dezel

I'm at Pearlots Pasture... just standing at the entrance to Westronbolt Gorge where the wind trial is located. I already did the Fire, Earth, & Water trial for Lailah, Edna, & Mickleo... even did the solo ones for Sorey & Rose. But when I go to Westronbolt Gorge, there is still the strong malevolent wind and I can hardly move at all. How do I get rid of this? Did I miss anything? Please help! >.<

Talk to Rose she gives quest hints and misc quest stuffs!

She says to go visit back on Falkewind Hillside... but I can't even go/teleport there. It won't let me... I been to those places before but unable to teleport.. is this a bug?

Usually if you can't teleport somewhere you previously been it means there is probably a cut-scene or something else that moves the plot forward in the area.

Yeah, often when told to go somewhere you can't teleport there so you have to teleport to the nearest available place and walk there (between which there will invariably be a cutscene.)
