Do I need the costume swimsuit DLC?

I preorderd this game
but it doesnt look like any of the DLC was free
so what DLC is worth buying?

Well, the post-end Alisha's story is the only thing that actually adds to the game.
Rest of the DLCs are purely cosmetic.

With that said, PC version of the DLC has a drawback that doesn't allow you to do a NG+ with this DLC.

Alisha DLC was free until some days ago, I'm sorry if you missed it. It is the only one that adds a bit of story, but as of now wouldn't suggest buying it because you wouldn't be able to bring DLC items in the main game. Also, if you play the DLC, save on another slot, don't overwrite your main game one.

All the other DLCs are just cosmetics and costumes, it all really depends on your tastes. Look at the pictures and decide what you like more I guess.

I personally purchased the accessories pack for a few of the items, school outfit pack (got tired of Mikleo's outfit and only other option was a rubber duck) and Evangelion (for Lailah and Rose's outfits).
