Where is this seraph?
Looking for a seraph to be Lord of the Land or something like this. Been running around all the locations discovered and still cannot find this guy/gal?

Anyone pass this stage yet?

If you mean the first lord of the land, go south of Ladylake and approach the river.

You should fight a dragon in the river. If it doesn't pop up you're not far enough in the story to do it
