For me there is no discussion.... English dub is as bad as ever... Seems like there's no emotion, or the emotion is kinda wrong... Japanese voice is better than ever though.

I personally can't take the English voices serious, when it comes to Anime / Jrpg's..

Even though it may be a controversal opinion, I enjoyed xillia's english voicework, because of that my first playthrough of Zestiria will be in english, ng+ will be in japanese.

As bad as dubs are, tales of are the highest quality you can get.

This is true, minus Milla's voice actor. I couldn't stand that, at all.

Some of the English voices seem to lack in character and emotion, as previously mentioned. Mikleo sounds more hesitant in the dub which contrasts with his serious voice in the Japanese version. But I agree the dub is of high quality over all, and you should switch between them for fun!
