there's a file in your movie folder that has the file name AM_TOZ_OP_001_JPN.bk2

just rename it to AM_TOZ_OP_001.bk2 and it'll play the japanese version with the vocal

And how does one find the movie folder? I'd really like to have the Japanese version of the intro, and I'm not sure why it's not the default intro like it was with both Xillia games.

Just tested and renaming both DOES, in fact, work. I wanted to make sure it actually did work since I'm not 100% clear on how these things function. So yeah, you don't need to delete the english intro and if for some weird reason you wanna change back, you can.

Very good question. They changed it for every one prior to Xillia as far as I can tell (not sure about Graces F since I haven't played it), but for Xillia and Xillia 2 they just kept the Japanese version of the intro. Why go back to removing the vocals?

From what you guys are saying, the japanese intro is already there, so it can't be because of licensing. Sounds like someone at Namco Bandai likes instrumentals...
