Changing costume?

I saw that the dlc is install but when i go to the costume in the menue in there game, the black costume isn't showing up or any other costume

You have to "unlock". Go to the game menu and look for the last tab Secret Itens or Special Itens or DLC Itens.

No such thing in in-game menu that I could find. There's a Fashion tab, Costumes below but none are available.

It's the very last tab in the item section. All the DLC are treated as items, basically.

"Item" being the keyword here. Yep, it's all there. Possible to activate one by one, you can be picky.
