Where are they available for purchase now? I checked on the Japanese Playstation Store, but it's not on there.
https://goo.gl/A4S9dj
Alisha - Soulstoke Celebration - Tales of Xillia 2
Mikleo - Final Prayer - Tales of Destiny 2
Lailah - Silent End - Tales of Innocence
as well as the 2 dlc mentioned that we get on vip corner.
why use a spoiler tag on the dlc/games?
confused there.
Just in case people who are keeping away from the game want to be surprised. I dunno, I've had people yell at me for spoiling the most minor things. :P
No need to be sorry. I don't think there was much outrage about the Mystic Artes DLC in Japan, because they were cosmetic and also I am not sure on the translation, but it sounded like there was a promotional book of some sort in Japan that included the code for the Mystic Artes DLC. I think it's more of a misunderstanding than any sort of evil. I'm glad they aren't included by default, because they don't really belong in the game, but are good for fans.
Being robbed of a game move? They are unnecessary, extra moves added for flavor that are out of place for the characters, they're a gag for those who have nostalgia for the game the move came from. You can't robbed of something if it wasn't yours to begin with, and it is not originally in the game, so don't act like you're entitled to it. Do some damn research before you speak, and speaking of research, Fire Emblem sold skills via DLC missions, and you don't see people complain about that when those skills are incredibly useful in lunatic+ and online play.
see batman knight for details.
steam refunded the game, but NOT the season pass..
umm
so yes you can get robbed
also, a few other episodic games like republique which has not made a new episode in about 1 year, causing most people to go urmm wtf..
but as for mission vs just costume packs, these are what I want.
boosters are nice, costumes too but im not willing to pay those insane prices just for skins,
its like those nuts paying 20$ for a gun skin in csgo
but bottom line yesum you can be robbed of something that isnt yours or was but now isnt.
lol
i got my batman season pass refunded as did many others who asked for it to be refunded
you sound like an extremely entitled child
ok?
kudos for your spidey senses being totally wrong.
look at my profile, my wife was born 1979, and was killed last year,
entitled child.. wowzer
valve said no to the refund of the sp, as it wasnt the game,
they might have changed that later but for me, it was nope to the refund.
but was there a petty reason to try to insult?
I didnt mention being robbed someone else did, I just confirmed its possible.. you sir. are the child. lol
im 38 in dec, wanna try again?
got any real input or just troll/flame insults that dont effect me one bit? lol sheesh kids
If by some miracle this is true, then I'm sorry for your loss, but that doesn't stop you from being entitled, and attempting to pull the guilt card makes you look even more desperate.
as for the guilt card, im not sure what you mean.
but I can say the loss + a 14 year old daughter without a mum in HIGHSCHOOL with boys..
does effect my posting and judgment in most aspects and paradigms. esp in RL muchless in forums.
fact on this one is, I wasnt refunded for batman, nor the SP.
it was refused, then they said I could get a refund for batman, but not the SP.
as the SP effects stuff from 3rd party, and due to their dlc terms, you cant refund any 3rd party dlc ( which I know isnt true) but thats what valve said at the early point in the refunding.)
they prolly did change it but by then I was to tired to put up a fight for a refund.
anyway ty again on the kind words for the loss. and that is true.. no miracle, more tragedy than a miracle.
Since you 'do alot of research' then answer the main question.
Do we download the DLC together with game upon release or do we pay for it? I take it that the way to obtain it is to register and wait for verification code from Namco Bandai.
I am amazed by the amount of sheer amount of effort in your posts to get my attention and still deviate from the main point. You go on and on telling everyone that you do research but yet can't provide any direction, link, blogs or specific instruction on how to get those DLC..
You are entitled to your own opinion that DLC mystic artes should remain entitled to CONSOLE pre-orders and not on PC pre-orders. While the PC version don't deserve to have it because any additional mystic artes is deemed unnecessary by you alone.
Again you are entitled to your own way of playing the game using basic-artes-only run.
Fire emblem DLC with skills being sold has no complaint, Great, continue selling skills as DLC. Everybody loves it.
How do you expect people to complaint? Write in forums that they intend to boycott, or in Steam that they want refunds, send hate mails to game developers, launch campaign against gamer's right? It doesn't happen that way, there is nothing a consumer can do to influence how products are release, end of the day the sales figure will tell you how well received a game is and whether they are going on the right track.
Obviously people care about whether DLC mystic artes are in it and how to obtain it. Else there wouldn't even have 2 page of reply. Don't be too surprised that there are people selling their game on Amazon because of having a different female protagonist.

The Mystic Artes DLC is free for everyone forever on the Bandai EU VIP site, the only DLC that is time limited free is the Alisha's Story DLC (after Nov 17 or 18th it will go on the market for whatever price they use). The pay for DLC will be the costumes, attachments, and items. There's no mention of any pay Mystic Artes DLC.
Read the portion about DLC and how to claim those given free. It mentions the below link:
http://bandainamcoent.eu/vipcorner
Alright go to this link provided. Click on the link 'Register game' and sees what shows up.
You get an option asking to enter coupon code. Since we don't have it before release it is normal but column below that you will see:
'Where can I find the product code? ' click on that it directs you back to the same page.
I am sure this is not the first game Namco Bandai releases, but on PC how do we claim when there isn't an option to begin with? Does entering the coupon code on a browser allow Steam to recognise we have gotten code so that DLC download start from Steam? (I doubt this happens)
Googled and don't find any other info how free DLC are claimed. Checked my purchase, all I get is confirmation from Steam acknowledging my Purchase.
I ask on several places how to initiate and answer I get is 'Downloadable, free'.
Why don't you manually try instead of copy and pasting stuff that I have already tried, failed, googled and asked. Then you will see what I mean.
Probably the 12th poster tried and realised it. 1 day before game, feature to redeem coupon code on website still not ready. Weird isn't it?
You don't need to do that for Steam games. Don't worry about it, just wait until after the game releases and all the info you will need will be posted.
