Low sample size, but what it tells us is that the game is
- 31h with a rushed run with no extras
- 37h with a leisure run with no extras
- 44h with a rushed run with extras
- 50h with a leisure run with extras
- One completionist reported 250h+ to complete every nooks and crannies in the game
Conservative speculation of course
For example, How Long to Beat has Abyss at 100 hours for completionist, yet it took me 300+. Very bad example, because I played it almost 8 years ago but w/e.
Or Final Fantasy XIII-2 has a completionist time of 70 hours, yet I managed to do everything in 50 (All Achievements at least).
YMMV with these things.
nobody counts replaying the game as the games length
I mean you have devs now saying their games are 400 hours long, like ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ at what point does this even stop? Steam statistics show most people don't even finish the games they play, let alone reach the halfway point, and yet EVERYONE complains when a game isn't hundreds of hours long.
Nope. When people say game length, they're talking about how long the game is. Not how long it would take you to beat the game several times.
For this game, theres about 40-45 hours of content. Replaying it multiple times doesn't mean theres now 100+ hours of content... its still the same amount of content. Saying a game is 100+ hours just because you can unlock some new game code or ending by replaying it is artificial length and not something anyone but fanboys would use to argue the length.
