So just because you have below minimum requirements doesn't mean you won't be able to run it unless you have a brick as a PC from 10 years ago. It just means it should be expected that you're going to have some problems playing it without any frame drops
That said, if you have an intel HD generic crap 5000, you might not be able to run it. Even a modern dedicated graphics card is better than that. An 8800 GT is also crap nowadays, so it shouldn't be that hard to run it.
