Question about Edna's bro (spoilers)

I've already beat Heldaf and the EX dungeon. Where do I go to activate the quest to fight the Dragon?

I think you just make your way to the end of Spiritcrest? I don't remember having to activate it.

I remember you have to sleep at an inn to get a skit between Zaveid and Sorey, and then you go to Rayfalke Spiritcrest. If the ! on the map is not at the peak, then you can fight Eizen.

After Tiamat, go to Rayfalke Spiritcast. You can get the 2nd Mystic Arte for Edna, after the boss battle, you sleep in an inn and return to Rayfalke Spiritcast

Apparantly I can see the event up at Spiritcrest..but I haven't encountered that Inn skit with Sorey and Zaveid. Does it have to be at a specfic inn? I've been trying at LadyLake and no go.

I don't remember if there was a specific one you had to go to.

Try talking to Rose and see if there's an option like "I know what to do with Edna's brother." You should be able to trigger the fight if the option's there.

Alternatively, check the save point travel for Rayfalke Spiritcrest to see if "Near the summit" is disabled.

The skit is available after you beat Eizen. After you view the skit, return to the top of the Spiritcrest to get Edna's 2nd Mystic Arte.
