Just leave item ordering on and fight encounters, the message will keep poping up that the item is ordered. the shop will clean itself up after like 20 battles. If you want to brute force it. Fight 3 battles. buy everything from shop, discard all items and repeat process. It will take you a while though and it's annoying.

Every 3 battles there is a chance for the shop to stock new stuff. The less stuff the shop has the higher chance it will stock more stuff (so buy out the shops equipment). Put the talent on both Sorey and Rose and have them both order the Amber Sword. Sell 16 Amber Swords to the shop (there's a random chance that the shop will stock something you've sold them in the past, but the game only keeps track of the most recent 16 things, so if you sell them 16 Amber Swords and their random 'stock something they've sold me' thing triggers, it will always be an Amber Sword).
