Only Berseria and Zestiria are distantly connected due to sharing the same world. Berseria takes place 1000 years before Zestiria.
With that said, I would recommend Symphonia first. Its gameplay really did not age very well, and you might find many aspects of it annoying if you go back to it after getting used to the more modern Zestiria/Berseria.
So it would make sense to plau zestiria before berseria then.
I’ve been reading a few posts and seen people saying that if I play zestiria first it could spoil some things in berseria for me.

That being said, you can play Berseria first and look back later while playing Zestiria and say "Ohhh, so THAT'S what they meant..."
