QUEST HELP: Meet with Sergei in Pendrago

Hi, I've been stuck in the city of Lastonbell where you fight Sergei for the first time. The quest says "Meet with Sergei in Pendrago" but I'm confused with where to go next. I have explored every region of the caves and roads in every area and I don't know where to go next. Although one of the caves is blocked by a group of soldiers - does it relate to the questline?

Pendrago is the next city after Lastonbell. Leave Lastonbell to the west (to the Meadow of Triumph) and then go west again to a new field called Pearloats Pasture. As soon as you enter that area go almost straight south along the edge of the zone and you'll come up to Pendrago.

Oh wow, I was literally looking for about an hour. Seems I'd already entered the area, I must've just left it as soon as I entered. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ I feel dumb right about now. Thanks so much!
