Iris Gem
Im not that far into ToZ but is the Iris Gem Episodes basically the sub-quests (they are marked with a purple star), and if sub-quests are worth doing?

The iris gems quests may look like sidequests at first glance but they are actually part of the main plot. Once you reach far enough into the story, the game will eventually needs you to go back to do all these iris gems quests before you can proceed. So yeah, you can do them right now or just save them up for later.
