Can't open Tales of Zestiria game
Whenever I try to open the game, it would always go to running, syncing, and then it will suddenly stop running. I've tried lots of things to get it working, verifying the integrity of the game, downloading the Tales of Zestiria "Fix" - Community patch, reinstalling it. But nothing has worked. I've searched difference discussions about the issues but none of them were working. So I kinda wanted to have someone help me.

Heyyo, what graphics driver do you have by chance? Did this bug start happening was it after tinkering with ToZ fix?

I'm not sure which one lol, so I'll tell you both Intel(R) Graphics Family and NVIDIA GeForce 820M lol maybe both of them are wrong xD. And no, it happened before the ToZ fix.

Heyyo, hmm any overlay programs running? AMD Relive? Evolve client? nVidia Shadowplay? Raptr? This game is extremely picky with overlays

Not sure what you're describing, but try removing the ToZ config folder:
  1. Press Windows + R and enter %userprofile%\AppData\Local
  2. Delete "BANDAI NAMCO Games"
  3. Launch ToZ

If successful, you may proceed to install TZFix if you want. If FPS drops, try reduce shadow resolution.[i.imgur.com]
If unsuccessful, try the steps below.
  1. Uninstall ToZ
  2. Update/reinstall NVIDIA drivers[www.nvidia.com]
  3. Run %userprofile%\AppData\Local\temp and delete all files inside
  4. Restart PC
  5. Install ToZ

Okay so I went to C: then Users but then I didn't find the username so I went to this Default.migrated which contained the next step which is AppData and Local but I didn't see any BANDAI NAMCO Games, it only had the Microsoft Folder so I can't really do the same on the second one.

this path "C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local"
is exactly the same as
"%userprofile%\AppData\Local"
just so you know!
so just type this into explorer adress bar or in run %userprofile%\AppData\Local

the %username% and the %userpofile% are both system internal variable that automatic point to what they are!

About this, will my saved files be fine? like I don't have to restart to the very first part of the game?

Yeah, we're not deleting any save files so they're safe in our Steam Cloud.

I've tried it (sorry it took so long lol) and it didn't work :(

You can't launch game even after a fresh install (without TzFix)?
Then it could be a problem with video drivers.

Yes After I Delete The Folder I can Run The Game then i try To turn off the shadow resolution it didnt work so i try the step u give yet i got stucked in some part i cant seem to update my Nvidia
