Shearing sheep?

I seen online it comes up every few years but doesn't seem to be on here yet. Be nice to do, its a lot of work to proccess it into a spinning wheel or something else but seems odd that we have wool stuff but can not sheer a sheep in the nicer part of spring and just pick a slow day to proccess it for hours to make nice wool items out of it, or trade it.

It would be nice to have in game, even if just to trade like a hide and left to mod for crafting.

I saw on offical there is a mod that includes it, well says wool for them assume you shear them but that is not official and this games following is so niche its hard to tell what is up to date or not like half the stuff I read is out of date mentioning shops and what not that don't exist in game now.

There are a couple mods that make an effort for wool, but the game does not currently support the options (in mod environment) to force you to actually have a sheep to make wool.

The funny thing is that even knowing this for the 200+ hours I've played and had the opportunity to exploit free wool I still never have.

shudent need mods for wool should be in base game same as finding rare creatures and more chance to find treasure but i do like the nextt up date coming up
