Does shooting ground rise your bow skill?
Like when you aim nothing at all
Im not sure it does. Generaly what I used to do is shoot at walls and trees but that broke my arrows. Instead what I do now is crouch shoot. What that basically means is when on the hunt, preferably in an open area such as a mire, I Sneak near the animal (as close as you like without getting seen) then go prone and shoot (asuming you arent on lower ground than the animal). What I have observed is that your acuracy is increased and shots tend to actually hit where you precise ( IE if you aim body it wont hit the leg area). Again, I hope this was helpful to you all.
So you didn't observed bow skill to be trained that way?
I am wondering when skill rise has place, when you use skill? Like when you make shot no matter you succeed or not. Or it only goes up when you score a hit?
This info could come handy.
Thx for the above info!
What I know for sure is that you need to hit something, which makes shooting inanimate object a bust (sorry). I reccomend to use a hunting bow for beginners in the bow skill (or even grandmasters) since it provides good range and power. For NPC's such as Njerpez, use the long bow, for it has the most power and distance. I veered off the subject a little but I still hope it helped!
