I'm pretty sure that all of the edibles spoil. However some of them take so long to spoil that in practical terms you'll be probably dead or filthy rich before you see it in game. Plus I haven't played any games over two years long recently, so this is my frame of reference.
If stored in a cellar, vegetables, especially root vegetables like turnip have lasted me a year with no problems - I'm relatively sure I had leftovers from last year's turnip harvest when collecting the new harvest. Most seeds seem to definitely last more than a year or two, certainly long enough to plant, sow, and plant again. Flour used to never spoil, but I think it now does - I think it makes a difference what kind of flour we're talking about though. Some root flours seem to spoil much faster, grain flour will comfortably take more than a year or two, maybe more. All these items also do relatively well without a cellar. Seeds, flour and turnips were fine after several months out of the cellar.
Berries definitely spoil much faster than all the above though. I think some of them will start going stale after a few weeks, and most will not last a season change even in a cellar.
In short: rl common sense is a decent enough rule of thumb, and frankly, most of these items will be eaten or sold or planted long before you even see them going stale.
