Help with PS4 controller

I imported some configurations for the PS4 controller but everytime I want to run, I just jump instead of running. Holding X and moving the left stick, just makes Batman jump

You mean evade? Out of curiosity, are you playing over Steam Link, or is your controller connected directly to your PC? I believe Steam Link has a latency issue that causes button holds to input as repeated button presses, which would turn a primary-button-hold (Run) into repeated-primary-button-press (Evade), but I never have such an issue when playing directly at my PC.

I used a DualShock 4 to play this game but since it has no DS support, I had to enable PS controller support in the Steam controller settings (to enable Steam to translate the input from DS to Xinput), and just allow the default (Xbox) gamepad layout.

It greatly helps to know what your configuration is.
