These achievements unlock upon losing a game at or above the relevant level, but appear to get instantly relocked as soon as this happens, preventing them from staying attached to a profile. I think this is because they are stat-based achievements instead of just being directly unlocked, and this stat is getting set back to zero every time a game ends, which relocks the achievement as you no longer have the stat required for it to be unlocked....
