The new menu is here!

Things have moved around a little bit but all should be much easier to find now. I hope you all enjoy the less cluttered cleaner layout.

There is more to come, some buttons are blacked out but will be unlocked in the coming days.

The new library section contains all of your owned puzzles. Unowned packs can now be found in the catalogue area.

All the previous pack filters remain such as animals, sports, art and more with a few aditional tags to help find what you are looking for, such as 800+ puzzles or in progress packs.

ALL puzzles other than figurals will now show up in the quick launch area on the HOME screen and all puzzles can be pinned.

You can PIN individual puzzles to the HOME screen using right mouse button. They will apear under the quick select buttons.

You'll notice other changes and features and we welcome your feedback as we continue to improve upon PPU and make it the best puzzling software we can.

Some Notes:

There is some new music and more is coming very soon, including all the old music and much more.

The theme chooser is blacked out but will return next week as the theme settings are all being reworked. They will be interchangeable within the puzzling area and much more customizable.

The other 'Customize' buttons will also be introduced very shortly. Background and Cursors will return in the coming days.

All PuzShop puzzles have been merged and are now in the 'Unlockables' area. There is a chance some puzzles got reset but these can be fixed if you message me in the PP discord. 'Figurals' have their own tab underneath 'unlockables'.

There are still blacked out buttons in the puzzling area but those too will be coming shortly.

Tray tabs are broken and currently will not save as a new tray system is in the works and is the next thing to be updated along with the theme changer.

Challenges have been renamed to 'Monthly Jigsaws', they will of course continue as normal.

New puzzle complete celebrations coming soon too.

29 new languages are coming, I need to finish the other buttons so we have the full text to translate but will be in game within the next month or so, hopfully sooner.

Any errors found will be fixed promptly, just let me know here or in the discord server.

Minor request: on puzzles that are completed (now have a gold puzzle piece on them), would it be possible to have the counts being complete, such as 330/330, instead of all showing zero pieces like 0/330? It's not a game breaker, just looks...really weird.

Also if the counts could be put back in that would be awesome. Like for Figurals I used to see I had 19/19 complete in that section, but now I need to look for the gold puzzle pieces to see if everything is done.

Im sorry but I dont like this update 'cause it messed up my settings so bad.
I can't change my backgraund or at least I can't change the flowers off on koi backgraung its so annoying and hard to do puzzles now 'cause of that....

For instance in my challenges, about half my puzzles with gold pieces show 0/XXX while the others show XXX/XXX. In my figurals, all have gold pieces but all show 0/XX. Other areas/packs also have the same issue.

Also a new item: no pop-ups when completing a puzzle. I just completed the "10 Years" puzzle in the Free puzzles section, but did not get a pop-up for Gold pieces earned. I didn't check my counts earlier so I don't know if I got any Gold pieces, but I'll test another one and see if it's just the pop-up or the pieces themselves that are missing.

I have this proplem too and so is my sister.. When my sister press puzzle that she already has made long time ago the puzzle starts over again..

I also have the same issue with "Free Puzzles", "Monthly Jigsaw", "Unlockables", and "Figurals": more than half of the puzzles completed before the update now have a counter of 0/XXX, but they have a gold piece instead of a gray one (which confirms that the puzzles have already been completed).
Also, the puzzle list takes too long to load when you click on any of the sections (for example, "Unlockables") - it takes about 7-10 seconds.

Since the new update, it would be nice that ANY puzzles that are "pinned", can also be "unpinned". Also need to have the option to change the background picture/theme.

Hi, I have checked the new update today. While it looks good so far, there are several things broken: stat counter is 0 for all stats (I have placed >100k pieces), hints, gold and ultimate pieces is 0 (which it was not before) and all unlockable puzzles in the various categories are locked again. Even though a lot of them have already been completed, as I can see in the piece count. Could you please work on that? Thank you!

truly impressive how every single update makes the game worse. trays no longer work. The sound is messed up i can no longer have everything muted except the sound when a piece snaps into place. Clicking on anything other than home and library loads for at least 20 seconds, Filters are no longer saved. There is also some weirdness with panning now, it doesn't react immediatly when you reach the edge of the zoomed in screen anymore.

I really don't understand why there is a need to rush out an unfinished mess every time? It is literally just a ui update how is it possible to even mess up anything gameplay related?

To not mess up my stats, I switched to PP Trad Jigsaws and also had 0 stats. I shut down Steam, rebooted my machine and after that everything is back to normal. So nothing wrong with the game itself, the error sat in front of the screen.
