Forward tank velocity no longer negates impulse missile power when on a slope or ramp. Forward tank velocity negates only on flat surfaces now. This reduces turbo from being OP as a defensive maneuver, since it is already difficult to hit a turbo juke. If this doesn't feel good, we can always try to a middle ground if you consider prior as effect 1, and this now as effect 0, there is a 0.5, and so on.

The effect of impact angle on ramp is a major influence too - this is now reduced a little bit. But only a little bit to start.

Hitting walls in the air now produces proper spin. This is mostly visual improving the perceived effect of impacts and should also make following up with air shots a little more challenging. While this will make reverse air shots more difficult as you may find yourself sent into an arial spin more often, but the visual improvement is probably a lot more important here as it leans into chaos, without actually directly adding more chaos.

Mosh now has walls that go to the ceiling.

Missile hitboxes updated - it should now be easier to shoot barely over a ramp, making peeking more dangerous.

Missile crosshair updated to make it less in your face.

New Impulse Wars arena: ForceX. The outer barrier walls are right up against the arena to begin, which may lead to the outer edge of the arena being a bit safe. We should play and see how this feels, because if we back them up it might make the arena edges unplayable (too dangerous).

DecemX and ForceX have rain weather systems added (~20 minutes every 2 hours). Braulin also has a snow system added (~1 hour every 2 hours). The different quality levels will control emission particles from Y2K being 0, Low = 0.25, Medium = 0.5, High = 0.75, Ultra = 1. If these work OK, we can start adding them to other arenas. Not all arenas will have weather; just certain ones set to the Rain or Snow weather type.
