Foundry Puzzle....

Usually if you visualize these puzzles they usually make sense ... but i cannot figure out for the life of me what purpose the bell & statue head help...any ideas?

i figured it out .... move the trolly with bails....manouver cage so you can lower it on the bails...position the long chain with a hook in front of the balcony..

don't know what's wrong and I have replayed a few times but I cannot move the trolley when the cage sits on the bales so holmes can walk over the horse

I also reckon that this Foundry thing is the tough one :) But in fact Detective is right (in #4).

It was pretty simple mistake in the end, the W key to push the crate. I had been using the arrow keys through the game and only used the w key when it was highlighted. Spend several hours today replaying and looking on youtube. I knew how to solve the puzzle but couldn't get there.
