"Hound of the Baskervilles" is the only Frogwares (well... Frogwares affiliated) Sherlock Homes game with hidden object sections, unless some of the earlier games I haven't gotten to have some. And even that wasn't too terrible.
If you like story-driven games, then yes, this is definitely the game for you. That being said, there are mini-games and QTEs in the game which can grate a bit, but depending on your difficulty setting, those can be skipped without missing anything important. On some occasions you have to dress up Holmes in appropriate clothes and masks (true story, I managed to make him look like Walter White from Breaking Bad
I don't want to spoil too much about the story itself, because IMO this game has one perfect what-the-actual-hell-ending (that I also found very, very, very creepy and haunting... if a bit clichéd).
