Missing Clue in Infamy / Unable to make final deduction :(

I have played through the Infamy case, all that is left to do is "Find out who was behind the attempt on your life" according to the case book.

I am unable to come to a conclusion because one clue is missing. I looked at some guides/walkthroughs and it seems like "Testimonial" (which then gets combined with "Orson and Jeremiah" [which I have] to form "The Truth") is missing and without it I can't make a final deduction since the bubble for the final deduction doesn't appear. I have all other clues.

I can only go to Scotland Yard, Lambeth Street and Baker Street but there is nothing left to do for me in either place. For the Abbey and The Green Dragon Tavern Sherlock says something along the lines of "Better not go there".
I can't take Percy or Jack for investigation again.

I have literally no idea what I need to do to get the "Testimonial" clue.

Anybody has any idea?
