Thanks for your help, Tanidar. I'm very happy with the customer support.
Error: At least one required implicit or forwarded dependency was not found.

Warning: At least one module has an unresolved import due to a missing export function in a delay-load dependent module.
And the files with errors (are the ones with a red square on the left?):
-D3DX9_43.DLL
-API-MS-WIN-CRT-PRIVATE-L1-1-0.DLL
-DBGHELP.DLL
-KERNEL32.DLL
-MSVCRT.DLL
-SHCORE.DLL
-SHLWAPI.DLL
-IEFRAME.DLL
This can fix the version but sometime (read very often) Microsoft things are not works as this supposed to. In this case you must open Jun2010_d3dx9_43_x64.cab from DirectX installator folder and copy D3DX9_43.DLL from there to c:\windows\system32 or game executable folder
