I've reached level 19 but none of my achievements are unlocking. If I understand correctly, there should be an achievement every 5 levels?

How does this unlock? I have completed runs where I have completed all secrets and all levels and it still doesn't unlock.

What is going on with the jump in level 20??? I've managed to hit it *once*, and it felt totally random. I have no idea if I'm just doing it wrong (is there somewhere else I'm supposed to be jumping from?) or what, but if I'm not...then man, that's a *really* precise jump....
