In the old blood do you find weapon upgrades and collectible health and armor upgrades depending on which timeline you chose like in the new order ?

No. You get the upgrades by overcharging health, killing with overcharged healt and overcharging armor. No more collecting little toy soldiers like in TNO.

But do you do you have to find the upgrades for the weapons like in the new order ?

No dude. Perks are gained through completing objectives.

This is a standalone expansion to TWO, so they didn't include a lot of that extra stuff.

There are a few gun attachments that you find; the only one that comes to mind is the scope for the high-powered rifle. "Same but better" attachments like extended magazines are earned by completing a challenge with that weapon, usually killing enough nazis.

Pretty sure the only attachment that you find in the game world itself is the scope for the bolt action rifle. Everything else is via perks.
