best weapons to use against monstrosity giant boss

i know the flare gun works good when it opens its mouth but whatelse, and any tips on beating it dodging enemies. im playing on uber by the way

The Kapfpistole is not a flare gun. It's a pistol-gripped grenade launcher. :D

Once I ran out of ammo for that, I switched to dual assault rifles, there's LOTS of ammo for that around the balcony.

i guess you beat him already but:

even assault rifle is fine (tho flare/grenade gun is uber as you said), main thing is to avoid damage over the course of the fight. once you learnt monster routines (mostly he smash or swipe) the biggest problem is nazis.

best tip for nazis is: when nazis enter and start shooting you, take cover and dont return fire with a noisy bullet gun - this will attract the monster. instead wait or throw grenades. their gunfire will attract the monster, and most of the time you can get him to kill the nazis for you.

for zombies just do whatever works. shoot them and dodge the monster followups, or a quieter way if that suits.

tl;dr shooting the huge dude in the mouth is easy. staying alive long enough to win is the harder bit so focus on that.

oh im sorry it works the same as a flare gun

Any more tips from you all out there? Getting rather stuck on this guy (Had the same problem on the new order with the final boss, contemplating lowering the difficulty)

Once you learn his movements it becomes a rather simple fight. The boss is drawn to noise so I only used the Grenade pistol thing and the bolt action rifle since they have low fire rate and high damage. I stayed on the top level by one of the corners this way when the nazis come out you can take cover on the stairs themselves. Also, the boss likes to sweep his hand across the top when you stand there so all you have to do is crouch to avoid it. When you shoot he will probably slam his hand down near your location, this is a rather easy attack to strafe and avoid.

I had full ammo for both guns and I landed 3 grenade gun shots in his mouth and finished him off with the bolt action rifle and he died before runnining out of ammo for it. When the nazis come i recommend sitting on the stairs and letting the boss kill them and only shooting if they get near you. The rest of the time stay on top, ducking and dodging when needed while unloading your bolt action in his mouth. This worked for me on Uber difficulty and i only needed to run around for health/armor once.

lol I used shotgun and the bolt rifle. essentially I threw everything at it , once you get past the fist stages and it becomes more aggresive stay on the upper level crouching and it will sweep away with its hands all the zombies and nazi's that try and get near you.

I beat it twice on Uber mode. Shockguns and Bom-rifle is king here. Shoot the mouth, and you're golden.

flare gun at first, the boss reacts to sound so if u just stand there dodging nazis and zombies let him take them out crouch under his arm sweep. and use grenades they work like a charm so flare gun and grenades. when the fire comes up go up top zombies spawn down bottom then
