Scale HUD & subtitles to 4k / UHD / 2160p

Hi, my boys love this game and I'm amazed at how well it has aged, e.g. it supports 4K out of the box. That's impressive for a 10-year old game! However at this resolution the HUD and subtitles are tiny. So, does anyone know how to scale up the HUD and/or subtitles to 4K?

Hello 4 years late haha, you need to change your monitor resolution, what worked for me was changing it to 1080 x 720p and then from the game options (you need to enter options from the main menu, if you enter from the pause menu it won't work) change the game resolution to 1080 x 720 and HUD elements should have normal size now
