Thanks for your suggestion but the treated problem is another, the game doesn't start at all.
I had already installed OpenAL however i'll try to reinstall it.
if "MSI Afterburner" (version 4.4.0 powered by rivatuner) is closed, the game starts without problems.
i discovered this because "Don't starve" has the same problem...
