game running on windows 10 crash on start up [SOLVED]

game crash on start up, on same windows 10 it worked fine before.
i already tried to change compatibility mode but i having same issue.
Anyone know how can i fix this?

Same here. Game work find on server 2012. I changed to Windows 10. Game won't start

Did you try, in the meanwhile, the WineD3D?
All you have to do is download WineD3D package[adolfintel.com] and copy the following dll files in the same dir of the ninja.exe, then run the game again:

• wined3d.dll
  
• libwined3d.dll
  
• d3d9.dll (this is a DX9 game)
  
• dxgi.dll (optional)

Install OpenAL and it will fix the Sound Problem. After a little research, I found this solution and just tested it out for myself and it works! =]

Thanks for your suggestion but the treated problem is another, the game doesn't start at all.
I had already installed OpenAL however i'll try to reinstall it.

SOLVED!!!
if "MSI Afterburner" (version 4.4.0 powered by rivatuner) is closed, the game starts without problems.
i discovered this because "Don't starve" has the same problem...
i hope this also helps other players to play mini ninjas.
