The game seemed to have potential. It seemed to be more in-depth and expansive than others in the genre, but ultimately failed to deliver due to shortcomings in some of the more basic aspects that really should have been caught and fixed before release.

First of all, desync. From the very beginning, playing with friends, the Pallet Stacker would be desynced. When stacking, it'd look fine, but upon selling, the pallets inside wouldn't update for those who joined, and only update for the host.

Secondly, invisible products on pallets. When ordering products by truck, several of them arrived invisible on the pallets, for example Spaghetti. Products like Bread and the 3 early types of water were visible on the pallets.

Thirdly, the tutorial. Only the host can complete the tutorial, and all tasks must be performed BY the host. Players joining the host in co-op cannot complete these tasks, and it is possible to soft-lock the game by having a joining player do even a single step of the tutorial, as it does not count towards the progress. Example, a joining player can take a pallet off the truck, and another can take the shelf off of the pallet, and place it, afterwards, none of the present players can pick up the pallet as it's "locked", thus making the host unable to complete the tutorial of picking up the pallet and placing down the shelves.

Ultimately, this feels like an Early Access title, it does not have the basic level of quality control expected of a full release, there are issues and bugs present that are reminiscent of a first beta build.

I hate to be this harsh, but the reality is, the developer decided to release this as a full release, not as part of the Early Access program, so I have to judge and review it as a completed product, and not something in progress.

The game has potential. Needs a little more instructions. The machine to get rid of the pallets does not work. Good game though. i would recommend.

Loving the game. The most realistic store game I've played.. look forward to seeing the new updates and improvements..
