black screen fix working 100%

For me it was a vsync issue, i opened "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\" and went into the game folder, then edited "system.cfg" then set "r_Fullscreen=0" instead of "1", now the game starts in windowed mode and i could see, inside the game i enable vsync and fullscreen again and it was working, but the game will awlays start in windowed mode, and "alt+enter" fixes it, otherwise i can't control nor close the game, even "ctrl+alt+del" didn't work

Some windows 10 builds, or it could be graphics driver related dont work under DX9 which the game defaults to at launch. Go into the game main folder, find settings, then change the API to DX11 and it should work.
