game controllers for sniper ghost warrior2 on pc

hi all i love the game just got it on pc but cant get any game controllers to work just keyboard any suggestions thanks

Yeah my Xbox 360 controller works fine to, I use the keyboard and mouse though... what kind of controller do you have?

Xbox 360 controller with a USB adapter

Also using Xbox 360 controller for windows via USB . If you get the windows version it comes with drivers incase you need them .

Most of us have children, so yeah a controller is important for them to play. I already have two hunters and hopefully a daughter on the way very soon :)

No need adaptor for wired version of the gamepad, and anyway the wireless gamepad is not compatible with some games, so better getting wired.

There's no windows version.

The gamepad is the same, same exact model, the drivers on a CD are just to avoid anyway, better to download the drivers fully updated on microsoft website.

thanks for help i have a logitech wireless rumble pad 2 and a basic wired game pad neither work
on this game i even pluged in ps3 controller no go they all come up under windows and calibrate fine just dont work in game so i guess i need to look for xbox controller for pc thanks

I too use xbox 360 wired controller, on this game but there are some games that will work with the wired controller but not with my wireless one, also I found that some games see the A button as 0 on wired one and 01 on wireless controller

Any gamepad that have Xinput input compatible will get detected as LONG ITS WIRED.

It's NOT a Xinput gamepad..

And if you plan to buy a gamepad just for PC, better getting a Xinput that is officially reconized by TONS of games instead of unreconized one in most of games and have to assign keyboard keys on every games and also giving a bit more latency.
